At Ground Work Developments we believe good construction starts with good communication. From the first site visit to project completion, our team works closely with clients to deliver safe, practical solutions that stand the test of time.
We deliver high-quality infrastructure, drainage, and structural building works across the Auckland region. We specialise in civil works, drainage, structural carpentry, residential and commercial
projects. Our team combines hands-on leadership with experienced, qualified builders and
drain layers to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes for many different clients
throughout the Auckland region, ranging from private clients, to Auckland Council.

Drainage & Utilities
Residential and commercial drainage, including stormwater, wastewater, subsoil drains, chambers and manholes. Our team
delivers both public and private drainage to Auckland Council standards, managing excavations, trenching and live-service protection. We provide full testing, inspections and as-built documentation.
Structural Carpentry
Foundations, framing, structural timber work, decks, stairs, timber bridges, retaining walls and access structures for residential and commercial projects. Multiple LBPs within the company ensure all work meets code
and is inspection-ready. Paths, slabs, footings, cast-in retaining
walls, concrete nibs, vehicle crossings and hard landscaping. Our capability covers excavation, forming, reinforcing, placing, finishing, curing, and associated backfilling, all delivered under robust QA processes
and industry standards.
Small-Scale and Bulk Excavation
Site preparation and earthworks, minor roading and access tracks, large scale bulk earthmoving including cut and fill, both commercial and residential. We work
efficiently in tight or environmentally sensitive sites and self-perform most excavation and cartage with our own plant.
